What happens is this...
There's a couple of really steep hills on my route to school, but if I go down these hills, and I'm braking of course (i have to stop right at the bottom of 3 of these hills so i need to control the speed going down), but the "Check Gauges" light comes on on my dash, and the oil gauge is dropped right down to zero. Slowly it climbs back up again and the light goes off. I don't really notice anything odd right now, but the light coming on just gives me bad feelings every time I see it.
Anybody else had this with their truck?
