Does anyone know how to change out the rear o2 sensors and what tools you need?
I have a 2000 4.7 slt plus

Go to your favorite auto parts store and pick up an O2 sensor socket. Attach to a ratchet and twist it the appropriate direction.

I was able to borrow the complete set of O2 sensor wrenches from my local Autozone. You put the entire amount for the set on your credit card (~$70), and then they give you a full credit back on the card when you return the kit.
