98, 5.2 2wd RC. About 2 years ago I started having a problem with the brakes. It seemed as if the power assist was intermittent. On moderate/hard braking the pedal actually kicks back up at you. I replaced the master cylinder and brake booster at the same, and it was good until about 6 months ago, and now I am having the same problem. I don't think I've heard of anyone else having this problem. The brake pedal arm has no binding when you remove it from the booster. The rest of the braking system are O.E., including pads & shoes. Am I missing something here ? Thanks in advance for any ideas.
