Sorry don't have an answer for you...I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer or maybe a locksmith.

Message: Dremel with an abrasive cutting wheel. Put a few wet towels over plastic that you don't want to get melted by the red hot bits of steel, then cut away.

Message: I've heard that car thieves used to spray freon on the club and super-chill a small portion of it. Then they would shatter the club with a big hammer. This "easy" method of defeating the club was why they weren't that effective at stopping good car thieves.

Message: What material are clubs made of? It sounds like herdened steel, probably 60 Rockwell.
If so a hand grinder would go through it in minutes but put a non flamable sheet down and wear a mask and safety goggles because there will be a lot of sparks!

Message: MoltenRedDak,
You see that episode of Burn Notice a while back where he showed an easy way to defeat standard padlocks? lol
You buy a can of "Canned Air" for cleaning computers out, flip it upside down and spray the lock a while. Flipping it over releases all the freon first. Then give it a good whack with a hammer. Shatters it. If that actually gets the metal cold enough, it prolly would work...

Back when I was in the towing business, I never saw them do that. I did recover quite a few vehicles with the steering wheel hack sawed and a club sitting on the floor or in the back seat. It only takes 10-15 seconds to hack saw through the metal ring and plastic of the steering wheel in one spot, then it'll flex enough to slip "The Club" off.
