If the trim indactor is only moving part of the way more then likely the cable is the cause. I had the same problem with my TRS equiped boat last year . The cable was sticking.

I think you got your sites transposed...Somebody out there in the boat world is trying to figure out how Exterra wheels are going to fix their trim indicator as well.
