1988 Dodge Dakota 4x4 3.9L V6. This is not the original motor. I just completely rebuilt it myself, and it has started since(it actually sounds good :) ). It turns over when I bypass the starter relay, but not otherwise. It still does not get fuel, but it will turn over. The starter relay is brand new. Why can't I get any juice from my key to the starter, and why no fuel??

Was there an ASD relay (automatic shut down) that year ? many vehicles have that activate in an accident. The relay could go bad or be triggered by a hard hit.
