Message: Anyone experience this same problem? When temp drops below 60 degrees and the truck has been sitting overnight, the power steering doesnt work until I rotated the steering wheel a few turns to the left or drive a few blocks. Is this a pump problem or a problem with the Rack? If it is the rack, is there a replacement part that can be installed or replace the whole rack? 98 Dakota 2WD 2.5L 150K Mi.
