i was wondering if there is a wire that comes off of the ciger lighter if so how do u get to it? b/c i want to tap into it for neons. any help?

No wires come off the lighter. All wires go TO it.

Might not be the best place to tap into for neons on a Dakota. That feed is hot all the time with my truck; not dependant on ignition. It is powered constantly by one wire running to it. Maybe yours is different ?
