Hey Forseti all you have to do is remove black trim around it and pry it out carefully and reverse together be sure to use a special fast setting adhesive/caulk material I think its black check with your local autopaint supplier should steer you in the right direction what to use or find a local windshield place (buddy) if you have one in the field GO SLOW!!! so you don't have a nightmare be sure also before putting new glass in place to make sure all old glue residue is off and cleaned real good otherwise have potential leaks you don't want Good luck... let me know how it turns out
