Message: Double check air pressure first , try increasing
about 5 psi , unless they are already up there.
If still 'shimmy' , then at least one of them is
out of balance or Bad.

Message: Check your hub bearings and make sure the nut is tightened to 123 Ft-lbs ... you could have a little slop in the bearings .....

Message: These trucks seem to be sensitive to wheel balance issues and there are only certain select places around that can do it in a way that will make the vibes completely go away and keep it that way. I had wheel balance issues for a couple months. For me SEARS and Midas it well, Pep Boys and the dealership don't do quite so good of a job. Also... make sure the pressure is the same between the front right and left tires. A differential of more than a few PSI can cause a shimmy.
