Hello,
I have a 2000 Dakota Quad that has the problem described in the subject TSB, that is, most (if not all) of the airflow in any A/C mode and the vent mode is directed thru the heater vents with no air flow thru the dash vents. Does anyone know anything about the repair for the problem?

I'd look for a disconnected/loose/cut vacuum
hose from the dash control to a vacuum door.
Might try locating the main vacuum supply line
under the hood that feeds the controls first.
Your problem *might* be where it plugs into the
engines system.
It's NOT gonna be a easy job either working
under the dash. Might take at least a 12 pak! lol
