I ordered an intake from tony a month ago. He cahsed the check as soon as he got the order so why hasn't he sent me my order. It is basically just s big metal tube and a K&N filter. Why the long wait?
I recall somebody else posting thier recent headaches in regards to ordering from Tony, have any of you done business with him lately? Could he be on vacation? I talked to him several months ago and the guy is a good guy from what I can tell, not to mention the MANY customers he made happy already. Me? I can't get him to email/call back. *SIGH*
Is it just me?

I too have had the same issues with tony. I ordered mine on Jan 15. The money was paid to him Jan 18, but I have have no response to e-mail or snailmail from him. Someone on the DML ordered theres on Dec. 3 and they have not heard from him either. Not sure what to do about this one...

I recieved an email from Tony this morning (Wed) confirming my order. He will ship it out on Thursday. I'd try emailing him again, Chris. Someone mentioned his computer likes to eat emails.

There are stories over on the Moparchat website in the Dakota section that is saying that Tony (Quick D) is having some sort of financial problems. Someone else (www.thefastman.com) does the work on the throttle bodies that Tony was selling. That guy has had to take over direct supply of the throttle bodies and is trying to work out the problems with Tony on pending orders that Tony took but hasn't been supplied yet. I don't know if other products are effected by this situation or not.
Good luck guys. I know how aggravating that can be.

I never did get my intake. But..
Last Friday(Mar 16th) Tony called me up explaining that the intake will be on it's way. I explained that I had, the day before, installed a K&N gen-II and that I'd prefer a refund. He apologized and let me know the refund will be on it's way(hasn't arrived yet...but it's only been 6 days). We then proceeded to chat about daks and durangos and haulin ass in general. I like him. However, I think he needs to hire someone to respond to emails and phone messages. What soured me was the total lack of communication or status update. But I understand that it is close to impossible to reply to 600 (alot threatening) emails a day. Especially while holding a day(or night in this case) job.
bah!
time to go home.
