02 4.7 do not use wires, factory service manual recommends NOT using platnum plugs, to much heat. Buy yourself a good service manual (factory). There are things and tricks an old dog must learn on these newer type motors....beware

Message: If he has the 3.9, yes; it will have wires.
If the stock shocks rode anything like the ones in my '00 RC, almost anything would be an improvement over stock. I got a much better ride with Edelbrock IAS in the rear, others have seen good results with other premium shocks.
