IM GETTIN 11.5 MILES TO THE GALLON I ALREADY HAVE A V8 THROTTLE BODY K&N FILTER NEW FUEL FILTER NEW OIL AND A 3IN SILGLE EXHAUST ALL ON A V6.. IT WUDNT BE SO BAD IF I HAD A V8 WITH A DECENT AMOUNT OF POWER BUT I DONT ITS A V6 HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even towing my catamran sailboat, with my Quad cab, 4.7L I have never got that bad of mileage.
Is this highway? Are you sure thats correct?

Did the milage drop after the mods ? 3" exhaust seems big for a v6, that's what I have on my v8 and get 15 mpg. Loss of scaveging exhaust velocity can't be good for your low end torque; are you trying to compensate for that by flogging it ?

Yeah...I'd be thinking back and trying to figure out if that began after the 3 inch exhaust installation. Also might wanna check your O2 sensors out and make sure they're still working good...a lazy/worn out one will make your gas mileage drop like a rock.

Man, and i thought my 92 4x4 3.9 was bad on gas at 15mpg!
I still get 14mpg with ny 99 318 4x4 with 33in tires and stock gears
