 Subject: what hardware to mount hitch?

I just purchased a factory Hitch for my 98 cc 4x4. They had to
torch off the bolts (from the frame side) so I need to know size
lenght grade bolts to mount this up....
any help is great.

(4) 6503252 bolts M12x1.75x45
grade 10.8
this was a factory hitch kit? no bolts inside or you got a factory hitch off of another Dakota?
