Subject: Towing Compacity

Anyone know what the max towing compacity is for the rear bumper. I plan on towing a small Sea Ray jet boat with a 2" ball mounted on the bumper.

2001, 3.9, 2wd, Auto, Club Cab, SLT Plus, Sport Suspension

It should be stamped on the flat part of the step
but if you can't find it it is 2000 lbs with max 200 lb tongue weight.NO matter what drive train
configuration you have.It would still be safer using a hitch.
