This is the second year that non-R/T Dakotas are invited to the Dakota R/T Club Nationals, this year held in St.Louis, MO starting June 13. A great place to give your Dak a workout, legally! Show-n-shine, road course and drag racing. www.dakotartclub.com for details. They need a few more paid registrations to lock in Gateway Raceway by May 1. Bring out those modded Daks!

$200 before May 1, $240 after. Race track rental, lunches, trophies, door prizes and banquet are included. You couldn't get this much activity on an individual basis.

They need a few more entries by May 1. I know the R/T demographics are shrinking; it's almost 5 years since the last 5.9 R/T was made. Give the Dakota R/T Club credit for opening their event up to the entire Dakota world.

Wow, I'll be driving right over to MO from Oregon to get that free banquet. Should only cost me a couple thousand for gas. Hope that banquet has lobster and caviar to make it worth my while.
