Subject: Head Lights IP: Logged
Message: Hey I recently got into an accident which resulted in me having to replace my left head light assembly. Now I have one brand new crystal clear head light and one that is stained yellow from age. Any ideas on how to get rid of the yellow stain on the old one?
Thanks
Kevin

Message: See on Trucks use toothpaste. It's a lite abrasive. The yellow is from the pitting in the lens full of dirt.

Message: Paint rubbing compound (FINE)or fine aluminum polish (like mothers) works great PROVIDED the yellow is on the outside of the headlight. Use any of these with a buffing wheel of a sort.
