I'd like to do it again. I was at the last "meet" but got there late and left early. There were only a few Daks there but it was fun. There were many other great looking cars/trucks there.
I don't know how this informal gathering works with the winter "daylight savings" time change. The last time we met it was summer and it was light until late, after most of the merchants had closed. Now its dark at 6:00 or before.
R/Truck lives nearby and would probably go as well. R/Truck, if you read this, scout out the activites and let us know when and where to meet.

Man,,,I'd love to get together with a bunch of Dak enthusiasts. Do a little racing,,,, I know we're all brothers in a way,,,, but I find the best races to be against another Dak!
By any chance in H3ll, does anybody know/is the guy that drives a '01 black QC 4.7 w/Hotchkis setup, and small white sticker in the back window (I know it's kinda vague) in the Austin/Georgetown area? I got the Graphite CC 4.7 w/stripes. Itty bitty chance here......thought I'd try anyway.

We need to meet at 6 or 7:00 this time. I will go by there this weekend and check it out. There are lots of hot rods out there and it is safe for the whole family to come out. It is located in the Pier I parking lot across from The Woodlands Mall.
I will get back to you with some more details.

R/Truck, did you disapear? Did you find out anything? It's looking like it may be a nice weekend for it. Let us know something. I don't know where everybody lives but there is another car show at Academy in Humble on Sat nights w/ some realy nice rides.

We can meet in Humble if you like. Most of the people last time came from Houston and it may better for them.
I didn't get a chance to check things out last weekend so we should try a different spot this time.
If you want to go to Humble leave a post, if you have a better spot let us know.

Just west of 59 on the north side of 1960. I will probably go Sat. night just to go see the cars even if nobody else goes. Last time I went somebody had a Cobra that was an origional.
