Message: How do you get to the inside of the fender well on the bed? I have rust spots starting around the opening. They first appear as a bubble in the paint (usually filled with moisture) and then erupt into bare metal which rusts in days. I can't seem to find where to access the back side of the fender - it looks like it's double walled.
