I bought a Mopar 2400 RPM stall conv. I also had a Trans Go shift kit and extra Trans cooler installed. It made a huge difference in full throttle acceleration! It will tach up differently, for sure! More RPM would be good if you had tons of power? Mine is a 2000 5.9, R/T, ATI Procharger, Headers, Intake / TB, B&G flash, etc. 2400 seems good. Maybe 2800 would be a bit better? When mine goes, I'm putting a 904 and a gear vendors under/over for the trans, then swap in a 4.86!!!
