Hey everyone. My 93 5.2 Dakota is having a problem. For some reason, when I drive with my truck in 4-wheel, every once in a while it makes a pretty bad "clunking" sound, and it feels like something is going to fall out from underneath me. Most of the time I have no choice but to drive in 4-wheel because the roads are so bad around here, and my tires aren't the greatest in the back. Any suggestions as to what it could be, or what to look for? I've had my fluids all topped off, and my transmission is maybe half a year old, just so you know.
Thanks for any input.

Also, any suggestions on what to use to glue or stick my rear-view mirror back up? (I won't get into how it came off)
Thanks,
Kevin.

U joints is a good place to start. It could also be a bad mount. You really need to try and find where the sound is coming from so you don't waste time taking things apart for no reason.
