I have a 1994 4wd Dakota with a 5 speed manual transmission. I was on a steep hill and shifted into low range to be able to start easier. When I let the clutch out there was a loud bang and the truck jumped into neutral.\,I thought. When I tried to shift into high range it still was like it was in neutral. The shifter on the TC was still moving the lever on the TC but no go. sometimes I would get it to go but it would then appear to jump out of gear and not move. It is now completely stuck in low range and no power to the wheels. Help!, does anyone have info on this. thanks. Sorry if this is posted more than once.
