It’s a Union Lawyer. And yes I have Looked for other Jobs I got a fax machine and new printer to help with this situation.Everytime I would go for a application the companies would say Fax us your Resume.And as far as a extension my company doesn’t get anymore extensions Arbitration is the appeal it can go no Farther. I have a Resume and I do present it often. Will I settle No. As of will I work at Mc Donald’s No. If I do not get an interview with one of the 16 companies I applied for I will go to a temp service for a few months most they pay is 9 dollars an hour I know I need to lower my Standards.My house is not in Jeopardy nor is the gas and electric getting shut off.I understand what Priority comes first.And for you people that say a man should not let his wife work even for a week come on its the year 2007 I know plenty of Stay at home Dads all years around and the wife makes 50.000.00 a year.I will not be off work for no more then 4 more months and my wife Makes 45.000.00 A year.It takes two incomes these days My wife and I pull in 95.000.00 a year together there is no strain on our home or life me not working at this time She Just Wont Pay For My Truck She wanted me to get a minivan.

You got an offer for $17K on your 2003 4x4 QC Dak,,, take it. I paid $14,500 for my loaded 2003 4x2 QC Dak, that was over 2 years ago.
On your arbitration, I wish you the best of luck, but I've learned to beleive 1/2 of what lawyers say. It would be nice if everything works out the way the laywer says,,, but don't bank on it. Look at it this way, if things don't go right who's going loose out? Not the lawyer... or the company...
