I changed the turn signal bulbe per Dodge instruction book: the lens assy did not pull out more than 1/2 inch and I broke two tabs on the socket for the center bulb in disconnecting it. Other than that and the cuts on my hand from reaching into the uniframe to reach the bulb, I found that a little WD40 helps the socket turn easier when I put it back together. I licked my wounds when finished.

there are 3 bolts, two on the inside engine side of the lamp assembly, and one on the outer side between the bumper and lower lamp, use a 10mm 1/4 drive deep well socket on an extension to reach, the headlight and turn signals come out, there is also a 'snap' fastener on the top outer that just pops out, grip the headlamp assembly and pull straight out, 10-15 minutes to change any of the lamps and reinstall
