Has anyone done a 5-speed swap? Hows the clutch operated? Anything need to be done to computer?

Truck in Question is a 91 318 4x4.

I have done a 5-speed swap before on a fwd dodge(worth it) and wondering how difficult it would be to do to a Dakota.
