Message: Has anyone run into this? I have a 2002 Dak with Trak Lok. Apparently the clips that hold the clutch pack have broken and reeked havoc in my rear differential.
Only have 70K on the truck. My mechanic says that he has seen this happening due to the OEM clips being too thin.
Message: This is what happens to most of them. Three of my four clips have broken. Fortunalty, the clips didn't hang up in the innards and wreck them. I got lucky.
