how do i take off my door panels on my reg cab dakota, i have manual door locks and i dont know how to get to my speakers.

Screws on the bottom and here and there. Pop-off near door handle.
Very simple, actually.
The speakers in my 98 were so bad I couldn't understand talk-radio. Radio? Not bad.

there are screws on the bottm panel and near the side-view mirror.
There are also "6 point" (star) bolts, one in the door handle and one somewhere else. (can't remeber)
there is a clip that hold the window crank on. you casn remove it with a hooked tool or a metal clothes hanger.
the panel then pulls up and out, I metal rod that runs from the door latch to the inside door handle is held in place with a plastic clip. it rotates to remove rod.
then your in buisness. the first time is always the longest.

I can't understand talk radio either - nothing to do with radio or speakers.
