try putting the hose in the A/C vent under the windshield and see if the water runs in from the heater ducts possible blocked A/c condenser drain and it backs up inside when it rains it will give a shi*load of water as u describe another possibilty Did you or anyone do any repairs that needed the doorpanels off? if the weatherseals are out of place it can leak at the bottom of the door into the cab bypassing the gaskets.check your firewall too and see if any grommets are out of place. good luck water leaks suck

See my "rainwater leak" post on this board or the V8 Dakota board. Your leak sounds very similar to mine, except on the driver's side. Try pulling off the plastic trim piece by your left foot and the piece that runs along the seat by the door. Lift the carpet out of the way and mop up the water. I actually sat in an automatic car wash with a flash light and found the water coming in through a small machined hole at the base of the A-pillar just in front of the door (accross from about where your left foot would rest). For now, I plugged the hole with some plumbers putty of all things. It has stopped the leak internally. Now I notice that water drips from beneath this area under the truck drop by drop for quite a while after a wash. At least the water is now going outside the truck, but it seems like some kind of drain is mostly plugged and is the cause of the problem in the first place. Weird problem. Not fun having all that water soak into the carpet and padding from front to back. Good luck.
