is it that smashed that it can't be fixed? Not sure if they sell rear quarter cab sheet metal or not. you could always take a sawsall to the junk yard and cut one out. It would seem to cost less to have it repaired than to put on a new piece, depending upon the amount of damage of course.

Unfortunately, it is pretty smashed. Although, I do not know a lot about body repair, so maybe it can be fixed. It moved a lot more than the guardrail.
