What Dodge has ignored IMHO is listening to the consumer needs and placing a low priority on customer complaints.

Listening to consumer needs sparks inovation & sales. Reacting to customer complaints creates brand loyality & repeat sales. Manufacturing & engineering need to design & maintain process with little variation.

All automotive / truck manufactures have failures. Check any dealer, if they have sales then they have a repair shop. How many bays & lifts are there? That is not always oil & tires they replacing.......
