Just an FYI, Its really not the oil its the treatment, Yes you may see a slight very slight mpg or performance gain from using high end oil but if you maintain your vehicle it will be fine. Had a ford E150 clubwagon with the straight six and it had over 330K on it same motor and trans. Treat it good and dont burn your money on crap.
