ive found some of the easiest upgrades to put into a dakota. ive got a 4cyl dakota, thas right a 4-banger. but i popped in a K&N air filter and my gas/horse power went up a little bit. Then i replaced my serpentine belt with a GatorBack belt and i was able to get alot better response when i hit the gas and still even after i put about 2000k on that belt it still is acting lie i just put it in

ok, a new one on me. What the heck is a gatorback belt? Isn't that something the folks in Florida wear to keep their pants up?

Gator-back is just a brand, but the flat side is textured to give it a better grip.

used them plenty, never had one add horse power though......... LOL
