I recently went offroad (not on purpose) and now my Speedometer and Odometer quit working. i have a 93 4x4 w/ v8. Any Suggestions?

This may sound silly, but try pounding on the dash above the speedo while the truck is moving. I once owned a '92 RC that developed a "skippy" speedo after 100K miles. I replaced the speedo sensor under the cab later, and pushed forward on the cable to "seat" the cable better at the dash. No more problem for the next 100K miles.
