at 88k miles... got new brakes, finally. STOCK ROTORS NEVER WARPED!!! turned and new pads at 20k mi, then all the way to 88k with no problems! they do have a "pizza crust" edge, but wasn't a problem.
so now i have new Raybestos PG Plus rotors and pads from Pep Boys. (midas wanted double the price for some super cheapo brakes).
they found a bad shock, so I also dumped the stock shocks (finally) and went with the Monroe Reflex shocks all around.
an hour later I was on the freeway from Palm Springs on my way up to San Luis Obispo (California), about 300 miles. Drives Great! Stops Great!
