Needs some advice guys...looking to purchase a cold air intake kit. What brand would you recommend, K&N, AEM, airaid, volant? For my 2004 Dakota QC 4.7L.

Waste of money. Just get a K&N drop-in filter and keep the stock system. It already sucks cold air from the wheel well.

I already have a K&N drop-in and didn't see much of a difference in HP or mileage. So lets assume i'm willing to waste money...what's the best brand?

Your not going to see much of a difference with any of the CAI's out there either. Looks to me like K&N put the most research into their's, not releasing it until they could dyno a gain; but that's a small gain, at upper revs.
