 Subject: Power door lock noise

My passenger side power door lock makes this odd noise...kinda like a gear with a missing tooth grabbing and slipping. Sometimes the lock will actually unlock, and other times I have to actually use the key to open it somewhat forcefully. I've tried to find what this is on the net but cannot find any info. Anybody else have this problem, or have any ideas what it may be.

The acuator on the door lock is bad go to your local dealer and pick one up for about $80 not to hard to install since I have had to do this 4 times
