 Subject: throttle stick?

Whenever i get on my 99 dak. 3.9 it seems to stop for a split second and then go and stop again watching the tach. It isnt reving like a slipping trans. almost like something is stuck. I have had a loss of power meaning this vehicle should be way quicker than it is. I was thinking sticking injectors or tps. Any ideas.

Sorry about that should have explained a little better. it hesitates for example from 2 to 4k rpms. it will stay at for example 3K and then go again up to 4 or 5 for example. hope that helps a bit.
