 Subject: installing tailgate liner

I got a Mopar Acc. tailgate liner from Wyckoff Dodge without any hardware to install it. I wanted this specific tailgate part so I wouldn't have to drill any holes in the gate itself. What exactly should it use to hold it down using the factory installed plastic grommet hold down dealies? Are they just plastic christmas tree push pins or are they some sort of plastic rivet or maybe just a screw with a fender washer? Or am I suppose to take the little plastic screws out of each grommet and pull them out to reinstall through the liner and back into the tailgate? Hope this makes some sort of sense. Anyone with one with this Mopar bedliner part on their tailgate, please take a look and let me know.
