Subject: Weather stripping? IP: Logged
Message: Has anyone added any additional weather stripping around the doors of their daks yet? I've noticed a considerable amount of wind noise at highway speeds since I bought my truck in Jan but never paid much attention.
Any thoughts on what to seal it better with?

Message: 2002 qc, I've always thought mine has been pretty quiet at high speeds. Maybe you have a bad seal.

Message: It's not a big problem to fix. Just make sure the door is closing nice and tight. If it is then replace the weather striping. This is one item you DO want to buy from your dealer. You want good quality and it must be a perfect fit. Also buy the weather striping sealer from them. Anything else will be a lesser quality and most likely send you as much or more wind noise. So many problems .... So little time
