 Subject: engine hesitates when warm.

I have a 3.9 99 dakota, after warm up it sometimes seem to studder from a stop. It doesnt happen all the time but when it does it is almost as though the throttle isnt opening. It will stay about about 700 rpms while my foot is on the accelerator and suddenly it will take off. Its not the trans because the idle isnt shooting up and then going. idle stays well idle and then bucks. Any ideas. I was thinking fuel filter, tps, or mass air flow sensor. Only happens when it is warm. Can anyone help? All suggestions appreciated.
