Have problem with 2003 Dakota. First interior lights stopped working, even panel lights, then headlights stopped. Door chimes do not chime. Blinkers, hazard, brake lights all work. Thought maybe it was light and dimmer switch first. But am not getting any power through the 5amp dimmer fuse, wont work even if jumpered across from another fuse. Checked to see if door latches were working to make sure battery save mode was not engaged and the door latches are sending the open and closed signal. Could it be the central timer module? Any suggestions?

Central Timer Module controls all that stuff.
If you still have warranty left, use it.
