How about, building a full line of desirable and well-engineered desirable vehicles that don't have to be heavily discounted to make people buy them.

They do have desireable vehicles, but the ones that are desireable are just too freakin' expensive for the average Joe. Of course they could bring the price down and make a lot of em' like the Neon and PT Cruiser, but then they are not desireable because they are so common.
