Ok, i know it's not ball joints, cause it's not a popping. A creeking
noise comes from my wheel wells whenever I go over a bump or
when I hit the breaks. I already had the ball joints repleaced. But
it's a 97'. Someone said it was the control arm bushing just
creaking and kinda sorta popping when i hit the breaks.
It makes it sound like an old rusty car going by. lol
Anyone know what it could be?

could be bushings or the springs. My durango really squeaked bad whenever I hit a parking lot speed bump at slow speeds. It quieted down when they got wet. But now it has completely gone away so I don't know what it was. If it is bushings a set of poly bushings should shut them up. lol

with the popping when you hit the brakes leads me to believe the control arm bushings are worn.

Sway bar bushings. Put some silicone lube on the contact points.

If you just had your ball joints replaced make sure that they are well greased. I have had ball joints cause this noise before due to lack of grease. Hopefully your new ones have grease fittings.

it's the sway bar bushings... take off the sway bar, coat all the contact points between rubber and bar with automatic transmission assembly lube from any auto parts store and then re-assemble sway bar. The auto trans assembly lube will not break down rubber unlike any petroleum type grease. try it, it worked for me, I found out about this trick from a certified ASE machanic
