Message: Can anyone tell me exactly how my AWD Dakota's front wheels work? Do they operate all the time no matter what the conditions, or do they kick in when needed? Was just asking because I wanted to know and was wondering about towing.Does anyone think that me having an AWD dakota would help me to tow or hurt me?

Message: I have a Rc AWD. Its a definite advantage for towing. I pull a three horse trailer fully loaded in and out of my barn up a steep entre with no problem. The sysem basicly puts power whereever it feels traction, front or rear. WOrks great, makes a fine crooked road car out of my little truck too. Best handling truck I've ever been in, quick too, with lots of low end torque where you need it.
