it depends how much you want to lower it.
dare i ask why you want to lower it?

Far as I know, you would need to locate thicker head gaskets. I've never heard of these for your engine or any magnum engine. I can't visualize a market for these But I do recall they were available in years past for a few engines none of which come to mind.It was something I never had a use for and was put out of mind. I also can not see a reason you might want to do this. Only other option would be low compression pistons If they are available for your engine. I guess you could possibly open up your cylender heads By grinding out some combustion chamber material but it would have to be done professionally to maintain proper quench.

I installed a supercahrger and eventually blew a head gasket. I replaced the stockers with the Commetic gaskets. They are thicker than stock. I can't remember the numbers but it was a few thousandths anyways.
If you are going to add less than 10 psi with a charge cooler, you should be fine at stock compression.
You can also look at increasing the cylider head volume to decrease compression.
