 Subject: ABS TROUBLE I NEED HELP

MY 99 5.2 4x4 is messed up. The other day the ABS and Brake light came on for no reason. I checked all the brake parts and all is fine. Also when I step on the brakes to slow down or come to a stop the speedometer falls to zero. Then when I start to roll again the speedometer starts to read speed again as long as I don't touch the brakes. There must be a bad sensor or fuse or something like that messing things up but I don't know where to start to look. Has this happened to anyone else. Please help I suck at wiring stuff.

Happened on my 98 3.9 L ABS/Speed Sensor, goes in the rear diff. About 50 bucks here in canada

joe's right need to replace the rear wheel abs speed sensor on top of the diff.should take about ten minutes to change

Thanks guys, the rear diff speed sensor was junk. 36.00 at the local dodge store and all is well. Thanks again for the help.
