Message: K&N is the best system for your truck. I belive they have it out on the market. As for the gibson and gas milage not much help BUT WHEN YOU PUT THE K&N on it might Increase gas milage because you have the gibson because the K&N will supply more air to the engine.
As for the sparkplugs Dont expect to feel anything. The plugs you bought are very good plugs that might help with starting and idling and a more complete burn. But as for performance dont expect anything you can see or feel with out a dyno.
As for the breaks take it to the dealer and tell them. SHould be warrinty.

Message: scrap the 3923's, if you do not have a pinging problem then don't use them the stock plugs are fine. The 3923's are a colder plug and they can kill mileage and off idle throttle response, the response and mileage of an engine can be affected greatly due to plug temps. I lost alot of mileage when i put in the 3923's, but when i swapped back to the stock replacement autolites, mileage went back to normal. This is probably due to the engine wanting to run a little richer from colder plugs, but you really shouldn't use them unless you have a pinging problem, you can also foul a colder plug easier because they may not reach a hot enough temp when you are cruising or driving around town to be able to burn themselves clean. as far as brakes i do not know , as far as the k&n it's good use it it won't hurt and it will save you money on filters in the long run.
