What is the stock spark plug number on an 03 3.9L? I have the 3932 in the truck now but Aquatune says I need the hottest spark plugs which are 5992 or something like that. thanks in advance

Assuming your using no oil, your plugs should be a veration of tan to near white. If there black your plugs are to cold. other wise your plugs are just fine
