Just kidding. You might re-lube the caliper assembly so it moves freely.

Message: Disc brake sqeal is caused by the pad vibrating in the caliper. It's the outside pad, on the opposite side of the piston.
Take the pad out, and clean the contact surface well with brake cleaner. If there's rust or crud in there, remove it with a wire brush. Apply a little Permatex Disc Brake Anti-Squeal (blue glue) and reassemble. Let it sit for a while; I let it sit overnight.

Message: Hey Bob...
How difficult does the glue make it to get the pad out next time I need to change?

Message: Permatex Anti-squeel, good stuff,,, especially the stuff in the spray can. It's kind of like hi-temp contact cement, but you only apply it to one part, the pads backing. No worries about getting the pad off afterwards, just tap it with a hammer and it will break the seal.

Message: He's right. It's not a problem at all to take them out later.
